• Being a core member for the Group’s end to end strategic investments M&A activities. This will include term sheet negotiation, financial modelling and analysis, due diligence, and negotiations of legal documentation.
• Executing the Group’s fundraising activities across all product types.
• Building detailed financial models for the the Group and target companies to support investment decisions.
• Being involved in producing sustainability framework through working with the internal sustainability team and external consultants.

skills and experience required
As a preferred talent, you will possess:

• Between 2-5 years of related experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, management consulting, and transaction/ valuation advisory services from a renowned outfit.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin to speak to stakeholders locally and within the region.
