    about the company

    Founded in 1979, my client is the world's leading specialist in the Luxury Retail industry with over 50 boutiques across APAC.

    Being an individual contributor, the incumbent is responsible for planning, organizing and delivering ERP & CRM projects, including but not limited to implementations, enhancements, upgrades and maintenance.

    With expansion plans, this is a newly created position reporting to the Head of Digital Technology Services (DTS).


    about the job

    • Lead end to end project implementations, enhancements, maintenance and upgrades.
    • Engage key stakeholders to address concerns, new requirements and evaluate solutions to improve business operations.
    • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and implement an integrated solution which provides seamless integration between ERP, CRM and other business applications.
    • Manage project teams consisting of internal and external resources to ensure project delivery. This includes planning, organising, gathering requirements, process mapping, documentation, development, testing, training, deployment and support.
    • Analyse business operations and identify opportunities for optimization, redesign or process improvement.
    • Report actionable insights and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Design training materials and conduct training
    • Provide application administrative support
    • Staying updated and evaluating/ translating latest trends that could be implemented to increase productivity for the business


    skills and experience required

    • Minimally Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
    • Minimally 8 to 10 years of working experience in a relevant position.
    • Experienced in IT project management handling ERP & CRM related projects - Infor M3 & SugarCRM preferred.
    • Experienced in stakeholder management, vendor management, team management, process management, training & support.
    • Familiar with agile/ scrum methodologies.
    • Both independent to run tasks alone and a team player.
