to succeed in this role, you should have:
- Min 3 years experience within a Tech Business Analyst role
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, documentations
- Experienced liaising with and managing stakeholders of all levels
- Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent
- Prior experience in Financal Institutions, Banks, FinTech will be highly advantageous
about the job:
- Spearheading functional and technical requirements gathering that meets business requirements for one or more lines of business
- Define and capture scope statement for the projects or enhancement within team
- Understanding current business processes and elicit business, system requirement and improvement needed to optimize business and workflow processes
- Work closely with business users, delivery and development team to come out with solutions to meet business needs
- Manage stakeholder's expectations on project deliverables, prioritization and negotiation
- Acting as the single touch point between multiple groups of business and technical stakeholders
- Staying on top of deliverables and project deadlines
