• Partnering with the key business stakeholders from the Fund Management and Investment team to gather requirements and prioritize demands to drive IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technologies technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation to increase productivity.
• Shaping business demand by partnering with business to facilitate the creation of business cases and value plans and ensuring value optimization and communication across teams. This will contribute to the definition of the IT roadmap that is aligned with business objectives
• Articulating the IT strategy roadmap to the business demonstrating where it can bring additional benefit to the business
• Supporting the demand process in solution assessment and selection, overseeing the design process for approved projects while supporting the implementation process by driving standardization and consistency into the new or enhanced applications
• Ensuring the business growth plan is supported by latest technologies and adequate resources. This includes manage manpower and budgetary efforts to ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to key project initiatives.
• Following up after post project implementation, evaluating the impact of the IT digital initiatives to track business benefits

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in senior business stakeholder management. Proven experience in fund management and investment platforms, processes, encompassing portfolio oversight, trade execution, risk mitigation and performance evaluation.

Candidates who has championed or initiated IT projects or designing of IT roadmap will be required for this role.

Proven track record in handling collaboration between the Fund Management & Investment teams and the IT department to ensure that technological solutions align seamlessly with the business requirements and goals of these teams
