Our client is a multi-billion FMCG company. As part of their plan to invest in revenue growth and Digital Marketing to deliver higher value, they are now hiring a new IT Business Partner, Sales & Marketing to be based here in their Regional Headquarters here in Singapore.

Reporting directly to the Global Senior IT director, your responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the sales & marketing and product team to communicate capability roadmaps and delivery strategy for business technology and solutions. This is done with the aim to improve top line (revenue/sales) for the company
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to drive IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technologies technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation to increase productivity.
  • Designing and eCommerce strategy and capability roadmap for Asia
  • Enhancing digital marketing capability through data analytics, media optimization (Data management platform/DMP), eCRM (electronic customer relationship management), eDTC (Direct-to-Consumer online selling) and Content syndication (Digital Asset management/DAM, Product Information Management/PIM)
  • Ensuring the digital marketing and sales growth plan is supported by latest technologies and adequate resources. This includes managing budget/resources, ensuring that appropriate resources are assigned to key project initiatives.

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in senior business stakeholder management. Candidates who has championed or initiated IT projects that focus in business change/transformation for the commercial/sales (eCommerce/SAP Hybris, Digital marketing/DMP, DAM, eCRM, eDTC and etc) team will be required for this role. Proven track record in interacting with C-level business stakeholders and Global IT HQ base out of Asia is required for this role.

Candidates who have exposure to legal ecommerce regulations in China will be of added advantage
