Our client is an established award-winning IT multinational company.

Due to rapid expansion plans in Singapore, the company is looking for new headcounts of IT Desktop /Helpdesk Support Engineer.



about the job

In this role, you will be required to:

  • L1/L2 desktop support - in OS installation (Windows XP/7), back up and data migration
  • Install software OS and office application (MS Office), antivirus and hardware drivers
  • Isolate problems to address desktop/laptop problem prior to fixing
  • Conduct asset inventory and tagging
  • Ensure workstations are ready for usage
  • Documentation via excel

You will be dealing with end users and troubleshooting general desktop issues. The ideal candidate should focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.



skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Diploma/NITEC holders with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a desktop/helpdesk function
  • Candidates with relevant internship experience will be considered
  • Proficiency in Windows 7 OS, cloning/migration, technical support
  • Excellent communication skills to interact and troubleshoot IT queries
