    Our Client is an established MNC. With plan for investment in IT, they are now looking for a new Global IT Director , ERP / Head of ERP / Enterprise Application manage the IT application team (>10 headcounts).

    About the job
    Your responsibility involves:

    • Providing IT strategic planning and direction for the IT application roadmap. This includes identifying suitable technology and translate them into IT solutions through viable IT Digital implementation.
    • Managing IT demands from senior business stakeholders - setting and managing their expectations, identifying needs and providing solutions.
    • Partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize demands to drive IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technologies technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation
    • Providing thought leadership for the internal IT Application (ERP, CRM, MES / MRP) team
    • Leading and executing the change management activities for new projects. This includes developing the formulation of change strategy to execution of the changes which includes achieving buy-in, managing business change impact analysis and readiness assessment

    Skills and experience required

    As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of Managerial experience or at least 5 years in managing IT Managers. Exposure to ERP / SAP / Oracle / Microsoft dynamics / JD Edwards. Exposure to CRM or MES / CIM will be of added advantage. . Proven track record of engaging with C-level/senior stakeholders is required for this role.

    Candidates with Manufacturing industry will be highly preferred.
