About the job
Reporting to the IT Manager, your role involves:
- Providing IT Support to end users
- Supporting and maintaining the Windows Servers and networks (Routers, switches, VoIP and firewall
- Handling disaster recovery planning
- Managing external vendors, ensuring SLA is being adhered to
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in IT Support
Candidates with proven track record in servers / system or network will be of highly preferred.
