About the job
Your responsibility involves:
- Providing POS application remote support and assistance with the support of external vendors
- Leading POS project implementation
- Providing onsite first line of technical support (Video Conference, Computer, printer, mobile device and etc)
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 1 years of experience in IT support. Exposure to POS / point of sale is required for this role.
