About the company

Our client is a leading Europe MNC with more than 50 years of establishment. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new IT Engineer (Servicenow/ITIL) to be based here in their Regional Headquarters here in Singapore.

About the job


You will be responsible for:

  • Implementing ITIL processes to ServiceNow. This includes handling Incident Management, Change Management and etc
  • Providing end to end management of the ServiceNow system, fulfilling technical requirements related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform
  • Gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes to improve the servicenow platform and establish metrics for success

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in in ServiceNow administration. You should have proven track record in ITIL, Incident management, Change management and etc. Candidates with exposure to of HTML,JavaScript, Powershell and etc will be added advantage.

Candidates with Servicenow or ITIL certifications will be highly preferred.
