Our Client is a Asia based end user. They have a well-established presence of more than 30 years with a global footprint of more than 10 countries. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a new IT Engineer to join their team.

About the job

Reporting directly to the Infrastructure Manager, your responsibility involves:

  • Providing onsite and remote technical support (Computer, printer and etc) across Asia
  • Assist in infrastructure (Server and network/firewall) support
  • Providing capabilities to ensure the application servers and network are able to function in the event of a disaster
  • Monitor and manage desktop, laptop, and mobile device software application licensing

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 years of experience in IT support for Onsite and Remote Support. Exposure to regional/APAC support is required for this role. Candidates who have exposure to cloud (Azure or O35) will be of added advantage. Proven track record working in an end user will be highly preferred. Candidates should be open to overseas travel and standby.
