About the company
Our Client is an established MNC. They have a well-established presence of more than 20 years. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for an IT Engineer / IT Specialist / IT Executive Service Desk to join their team.
About the job
Your role involves:
- Providing technical support (Computer, printer, mobile device and etc) to users through the ticketing system. This includes categorize incoming incidents and service inquiries, evaluating their impact and urgency.
- Managubg user accounts and access privileges (Active Directory, Exchange and etc)
- Collaborating with APAC regional/Global IT teams for the implementation of IT projects.
- Proactively identifying root cause issues to increase the service Desk quality
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 2 years of experience in IT Support. Exposure to Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Citrix will be of added advantage.
Candidates with exposure to supporting users in a ticketing environment will be highly preferred.
