About the company

Our Client is an Asia based end user. They have a well-established presence of more than 20 years with a global footprint of more than 10 countries. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a new IT Engineer (Onsite Support) to join their team.

About the job

  • Reporting directly to the IT Supervisor, your responsibility involves:
  • Providing onsite first line of technical support (Video Conference, Computer, printer, mobile device and etc)
  • Being the key point of contact for video conferences support
  • Participating in projects related to Corporate desktop computing such as email, anti-virus software, archiving, backups and etc
  • Managing the incidents or service requests received as well as areas relating to Service Desk
  • Preforming preventive maintenance for computer and printer devices

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 2 years of experience in onsite IT support. Exposure to video conferencing support such as cisco unified communication will be required for this role. Proven track record working in an end user will be highly preferred.
