Our client is an award-winning MNC in the legal/professional services industry.

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide end-user support.

about the job

In this role, you will be required to:

  • L1 and L2 technical support for end users (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Smart phone)
  • Providing face to face and remote telephone support to internal stakeholders (VIPs)
  • Monitoring and prioritising logged calls and adhering to internal SLA and/or priority framework
  • Ensure standard ITIL based service delivery processes are implemented for IT services
  • Knowledge on PC configuration and customisation of equipment
  • Manage service request and incident management processes to meet IT service quality SLAs
  • Set up PCs for new joiners, set up meeting rooms for VIPs

This is a permanent role with excellent benefits and remuneration. Regular working hours for this role, no shift work required.




skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Min Diploma in IT or related discipline
  • Min 3-5 years experience in IT Helpdesk Support / Onsite support
  • Experience in Microsoft Window 10 and Office Suite, SCCM, 3rd party patching console, Anti-virus etc.
  • Experience in Online collaboration tools (MS Team, Cisco Jabber, WebEx, Zoom, Skype) is a plus
  • Legal / Professional services background is a plus
  • Understanding of ITIL processes is required
  • Experience with Litera and DMS will be a plus
  • Polished with excellent communication skills and good phone etiquette, dealing with VIPs
