This role is on a yearly contract basis with Randstad Singapore and seconded to our client which is a leading IT Consulting company supporting some key projects in Singapore.

Your responsibilities will be as under (but not limited to):

  • Serving as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

key skills and experience required:

  • at least 1 years of experience
  • Basic IT knowledge / expertise
  • Good communication skills.
