about the job

This is one of the best SI companies to work with, you will be working on an exciting new project with a client in the manufacturing industry. You will perform end-user support onsite while updating tickets on a daily basis.

skills & experience required

  • Minimum diploma or a bachelor degree with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in end-user IT support preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Knowledge on a ticketing system is a plus as you will be dealing with user queries on a daily basis
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to perform IT troubleshooting tasks as assigned by the team leader

The role involves working in a shift environment - 8 hrs per day with 2 weekly off, you may be required to work over the weekend in this role.
