Reporting directly to the Head of IT, Your responsibility includes:

• Managing a Infrastructure team across System, Network and Cloud. This includes hiring, assigning of work, performance review and etc
• Leading infrastructure projects. This includes milestone planning and risk management
• Designing and maintaining Infrastructure roadmaps for the overall Infrastructure Architecture
• Creating Business continuity and disaster recovery plans policies, and procedures. Oversee testing of these procedures.
• Establishing service level management practices to ensure that the level of service from internal and external service providers are defined and IT support function meets site requirements.

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 15 years of experience in Infrastructure (Servers and networks). At least 8 years of team management experience in required for this role. Exposure to Infrastructure Strategy and roadmap is required for this role

Candidats with exposure to senior business stakeholder management will be of added advantage.
