about the job
Reporting to the Senior Manager, your role involves:
- Strategizing and overseeing infrastructure operations and production support, as well as managing systems and database administration and network operations.
- Collaborating with technology project teams and vendors to ensure the seamless and secure operation of cloud and network services.
- Being part of the team responsible for the system architecture, design, configuration and maintenance of cloud transformation initiatives.
- Implementing effective project and change management practices to ensure that delivered solutions meet technical, functional and business requirements.

skills and experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in comparable operations and systems administrative positions, with a focus on managing outsourced vendors, including a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles.
- Experience in planning and rolling out tech transformation projects (eg. Ideally cloud)
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives
- Demonstrate practical experience and technical aptitude with a proven record in in areas such as Cloud (ideally AWS, other cloud is good to have), Microsoft AD services, and VMware virtualization.
