Oversee and maintain systems
Execute routine IT tasks, including system checks and managing staff IT access.
Ensure performance standards for user workstations, servers, and network infrastructure.
Maintain security and communication systems, including surveillance, access control, and IT telephony.
Support and coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity exercises.
Install and troubleshoot IT hardware and software for users.
Periodically assess and standardize network and server technology.
Assist with facility management IT needs.
Conduct security risk assessments and reviews in line with regulatory guidelines.
Work with vendors on server room maintenance and updates.

skills and experience required

Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on network and security.
Experience in a financial institution.
