About the job

Your role involves:

• Managing external vendors (Infrastructure / PC / Mobile devices / Video conference and Application), ensuring external SLA has been met

• Leading IT projects related to Corporate desktop computing such as email, anti-virus software, archiving, backups and etc
• Creating Business continuity and disaster recovery plans policies, and procedures. Oversee testing of these procedures.
• Reviewing and maintaining Security framework and information security polices
• Engaging with business stakeholders, gather requirements and prioritize demands to drive IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technologies technology
• Shaping business demand by partnering with business to facilitate the creation of business cases and value plans and ensuring value optimization and communication across teams. This will contribute to the definition of the application roadmap for IT Sales & Marketing
• Identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation to improve business efficiency for both corporate users and operation staff

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of IT Support experience. At least 5 years of experience in Infrastructure (Servers, networks). You will have at least 5 years of experience in senior business stakeholder management and IT Project management.

Proven track record in Information Security will be of added advantage.
