This is a brand new position, looking for an IT Manager (Regional Customer Service) to be a part of their team.



about the job

As an IT Manager, Regional Customer Service, you are a member of the Global Information Technology organization, serving in a leadership role

  • Works across the department and other business functions to drive the methodology, architecture, and capabilities designed to enable high performance
  • Manage the existing team by carrying out the strategic priorities of the organization
  • Responsible for the development and review of all standard operating procedures and best practices within their team’s “run book” pertaining to their scope while managing the technical ecosystem, globally.
  • You will collaborate with other managers, Global Heads of technologies, the Chief Technology Officer and the CIO.
  • Hires, develops and retains quality staff through effective coaching, mentoring and career development.

This is a permanent role.



skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Minimum Degree is required
  • Min 3-5 years experience in a Managerial role (Senior technology team)
  • Proven experience in directly managing teams in a regional capacity
  • Highly influential and able to collaborate and deliver goals
  • Ability to manage:
    • Complex relationships and Expectations
    • Benchmarking to evolve methodology and standards.
    • Customer/client expectations against realities of capacity, skillset, etc..
    • Experience working with 3rd party vendors for remote and in-office customer service.
  • Background in Legal Industry / Professional Services required
