Our client is a prestigious company with a stable and huge presence in the Financial Sector.

They are looking for an ambitious IT Officer to be a part of their talented team.

This is a 6 month contract with chance of extension.

about the job

  • Provide technical support to users of the Bank, which includes first level systems and network trouble-shooting, setting up of new PCs, applications accounts maintenance etc.
  • PC Upgrades
  • To maintain and strengthen Branch’s desktop environment security, including: Anti-Virus, Drive
  • Encryption, User Access Control, DLP related matters etc.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, support ongoing usability of computers, telephony, printers, corporate mobile
  • Assist in ICT peripheral equipment preparation for all meetings.
  • Coordinating and conducting user acceptance testing (UATs) and user training sessions
  • Prepare and maintain the records of incident, software licences and other asset inventory

skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Diploma in IT or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in relevant experience (IT Helpdesk)
  • Familiar with the maintenance of PC hardware and software
  • Familiar with usage of MS Office and comment tools
