With expansion plans, they are looking to hire a IT Operations (EUC, Servicenow) to lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the organisation's end-user services and technology solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the incumbent will ensure a seamless and positive technology experience for internal users, driving adoption and user satisfaction.

- Manage user adoption, collaboration tools, identity access management and knowledge base management initiatives.
- Lead the coordination, execution, and oversight of projects involving end user services and technology rollout, ensuring the efficient and timely implementation.
- Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements, outline project scope, and establish project objectives that align with business objectives.
- Devise comprehensive rollout strategies encompassing timelines, communication tactics, training initiatives, and support frameworks.
- Analyze end user input, adoption rates, and support metrics to pinpoint enhancement opportunities and areas for refinement.
- Execute change management approaches to alleviate resistance, cultivate user engagement, and facilitate successful technology integration.
- Work closely with IT departments to merge novel technologies with existing systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth compatibility and user interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and optimal practices relating to end user services, user experience, and technology integration.
- Cultivate a customer-centric ethos by advocating for a favorable and effective user experience across all technological interactions.
- Supervise vendor affiliations and contracts connected to end user services and technology solutions.
- Head the User Integration team, serving as a link to business functions to amass feedback and suggestions for ongoing enhancements.
- Outline medium and long-term strategies to align with global standards and minimize technical liabilities.
- Embrace a data-driven mentality to propel the team ahead with standardized SLAs and success benchmarks.
- Furnish second-level support for local teams and offer executive assistance for VIP users.
- Act as a subject matter authority for technical processes and protocols within the Digital Workplace (DWP).
skills and experience required
- Minimally Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimally 3 years of working experience in project management, particularly in end-user services/ technology rollout or user experience enhancement.
- Strong understanding of end user technologies including but not limited to hardware, software, mobile devices and collaboration tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines and deliver results within budget.
- Ability to run tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
