about the job
Reporting to the IT Director, your role involves:
- Providing on-site IT support across various locations, including island-wide travel.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, networks, POS systems, printers, and scanners.
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting distributed CCTV systems and attendance devices.
- Setting up accounts for new users and provide technical support via in-person interactions or over the phone.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies and software, supporting their implementation when necessary.
skills and experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support.
- Retail/F&B industry experience is highly advantageous
- Microsoft Certified professional is highly advantageous
