Our prestigious international company is looking for an IT Operation Support Analyst (Office 365) to support the local office.

In this role, you will support O365 services and to ensure service support processes are in place to meet business needs.

This position is a stakeholder facing role and requires that you establish and manage expectations within the business.

  • Implement and support Office 365 and related technologies including, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business Online/MS Teams, One Drive for Business, and Office Pro Plus.
  • Design the solution that best meets the users’ requirements
  • Lead testing to ensure the solution performs
  • Provide L2 support to users through Service Desk and resolve Office 365 related incidents
  • Work with the team to keep the projects on schedule
  • Communicate progress and expectations, escalates problems to team Leaders for awareness and/or resolution
  • Participate in weekly Status Meetings with the team leaders and members
  • Actively participate and engage in the process for the continuous improvement of departmental procedures

This is a permanent position with an attractive bonus structure.

skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Min 5 years relevant experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange online and troubleshooting
  • Project implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
  • Microsoft Office 365 Certifications is a plus
  • Excellent customer focus, must have demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to interact with users professionally
