Your role involves:
- Responsible for overseeing procurement process and managing team for Purchase Requests, Goods Receipt, and Service Entry Sheet verification in S/4 or Fiori.
- Managing team for preparing and supporting Request for Proposal, including reviewing documents, planning activities, and coordinating until contract signing.
- Leading team for lease management in S/4 for EUC/IMS Contracts.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders and taking the lead in Procurement Policy Deviation Process.
- Directing teams for contract renewal and extension, ensuring timely and quality delivery in line with IT guidelines.
- Coordinating with Group Finance for invoice processing, verification, and payment.
- Working with IT owners on procurement audit activities.
skills and experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have:
- At least 8 years of experience in managing IT procurement, project management, and/or IT finance budgeting and spend tracking.
- Experienced in IT procurement and IT finance management operations.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 / FIORI is advantageous.
- Demonstrates an understanding of procurement concepts and business processes.
- Knowledgeable in purchasing, IT projects, payment milestones, and cost breakdowns.
- Experienced in leading a team.
