Your responsibility involves:
- Leading Application project implementation which includes milestone planning, risk management and external vendor management
- Gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating into functional specification
- Generating budget, draft an approval document, create a project charter, and oversee the process of obtaining project approval
- Managing the application team on a project basis, assigning work and reviewing codes.
- Managing external vendors, ensuring SLA has been met
- Maintaining prompt communication and timely reports to business stakeholders on project status while monitoring project progress on issues such as quality, costs, planning and resources.
skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in project management. You would have led at least 1 end to end Application implementation with exposure to milestone planning and risk management.
Candidates with PMP certification or experience in Negotiating contracts and preparing tenders will be of added advantage.
