• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and develop the System Architecture design.
• Design and develop Infrastructure Management Systems (IMS), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and client architecture to support the subcontractor tender process.
• Collect user requirements to implement cybersecurity processes, procedures, and software in accordance with Authority’s security standards.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of System Security Design Documents, Compliance Test Plans, and Compliance Test Reports.
• Manage and coordinate vendors to ensure the successful delivery of OT/IT systems in line with specified requirements.
• Work closely with the vendors to establish secure external connectivity and VPN tunnels between site-to-site firewalls.
• Gather user requirements to design IT infrastructure, including Open Integration Platforms and Data Fusion Platforms, to support Facility Management operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Proficient in operational technology, cybersecurity, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
