Our client is an established company with almost 50 years of history who is a market leader within their industry. As an integral part of their plans to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced IT Project Manager (SAP, Salesforce) to lead various projects to help enhance the efficiency of the company.
About the job
Reporting to the Head of Program Management, your role involves:
- Driving the rollout of integrated SAP platform (priority), Salesforce and other interfaces.
- Operating as the lead for program management to partner with cross functional teams, managing across multiple work streams and projects.
- Gathering requirements from key business stakeholders and translating into functional specifications.
- Leading project planning sessions and ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Maintaining prompt communication and timely reports to business stakeholders on project status while monitoring project progress on issues such as quality, costs, planning and resources.
- Engaging with stakeholders regularly on emerging risks; Identifying and proposing improvement solutions to enhance business productivity
Skills and experience required
- At least 5 years of experience in project management in SAP (Primary, Priority) or Salesforce (good to have). Global or regional organisations are highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of sales, manufacturing and/or finance end-to-end processes
- Ideally come from manufacturing/telecomm/automotive/energy industry
- PMP certification is highly advantageous
