Our Client is one of the market leaders in the logistics industry. They have a well established presence of more than 50 years with more than 8000 employees Globally. With rapid expansion plans, they are now looking for an IT Service Delivery Lead, to be a part of their team.


about the job

As an IT Service Delivery Lead, your job responsibility involves:

  • Ensuring service levels customer satisfaction, reviews and performance are aligned with SLA while driving projects for continuous service improvement for problem resolution.
  • Bridging the needs between business and IT for user escalations.
  • Managing external vendors for service delivery across end user and helpdesk services on service desk and Office 365 issues, this includes the negotiation with Vendors for cost effectiveness.
  • Establishing performance metrics while monitoring service level performance against set metrics.

skills and experience required

As a successful candidate, you should have at least 6 years of working experience in a Service Delivery Management role across service desk and Office 365 technologies. You should also have extensive experience managing vendors for service delivery across large scale regional/global capacity.

Any professional certifications in ITIL are advantageous to have.
