As a powerhouse in the pharmaceutical industry, our client is looking for a IT Service Delivery Project Lead to join their team.


about the job

In this role, you will be required to:


• Create and Manage a roadmap on Improvement Projects and Initiatives

Improve Service Delivery and Business Engagement, as well as facilitate Business Improvements
Work with Regional Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee the IT support and Service Delivery for Businesses within Asia Exclude China
Perform regular IT Updates and Service Review Meetings with Biz Leaders and Key Users
• Educate and Enforce company IT policies and guidelines.
• Ensure Resolution and/or Proper Escalation of Incidents and Requests across IT to ensure quality
• Monitor and Prioritize Team Member’s Workload appropriately, Raising Flag for Management
Attention if needed.
• Source and Manage additional Contractors and Vendors to provide supplementary Resources
when needed

skills and experience required
• Degree in IT Discipline
• Minimum 7 years of Total IT experience, with at least 3 years in End User Support Environment in Service Desk
• Familiar with Windows Networking Environment, including
o Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and supporting Windows OS and applications,
o Window server files share management
o Active Directory management
• Demonstrated Problem Management Root Cause Analysis skills.
• Experience Designing, Writing and Enforcing IT Policies, Procedures and Documentation
• Strong concept in Project Management and ITIL Support Framework
