about the company
Randstad are parterning with a global consulting company whom have a strong presence in Asia. Due to expansion of business they are seeking an IT Service Improvement manager on a full time permanent basis.

about the job
This role focuses on developing of service delivery elements, business process re-engineering. You will be responsible for the overall program and project management and develop new offering the company has to give to its clients in Asia. Ideal candidate should have come from a service provider company and must have experience in delivering projects regionally. Minimum travel is required on this role.

about the manager/team
The role will report to someone who is based in Singapore, the team is 20 members.

skills and experience required

  • Diploma or a degree qualification with at least 8 yrs of relevant experience in business process improvement
  • Strong understanding of service lifecyle and managed services
  • Business process redesign experience and collboration experince with global or regional teams
  • Lean Six Sigma / ITIL Certification is a plus
