- Work closely with the bank and vendor to implement ServiceNow as a ITSM tool for newly developed banking software

-After the implementation, the candidate will be handling the daily ITSM processes such as query and request control and error handling

Skills and experience required ...

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in the IT space

- Experience in ITSM is preferred
- Experience in Servicenow is preferred
- Experience in banking or financial sector is preferred
-Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills is required to communicate between the bank and vendor
