Our Client is a market leader within their industry. They have a well-established presence of more than 30 years. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager (SAP & Infrastructure), APAC to join their team.

About the job

Your responsibility includes:

• Managing SAP and Infrastructure external vendors, ensuring external SLA has been met
• Managing IT Incident, Problem, and change management processes across Asia
• Ensuring smooth delivery of IT services, ensuring that internal SLA has been met
• Ensure infrastructure changes, authorization request and bug fixes are applied by vendors as per business requirements without disruption of service, in compliance with defined IT policies and procedures
• Proactively engaging on all high priority incidents, identify under-reported issues and flag potential. This includes Review closed tickets are closed with root cause analysis and preventive action pitfalls. This includes conducting period (weekly and monthly) service operation meetings
• Working with cross-functional teams and vendors to analyze requirements, identify solutions, plan/lead enhancement and implement resolution
• Reviewing and maintaining Security framework and information security polices

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in service delivery management. At least 5 years of experience in SAP is required for this role. Exposure to regional role will be highly preferred.

Candidates with professional certification such as ITIL will be of added advantage.
