Our Client is a Multi Billion market leader within their industry. With at least 10,000 employees worldwide, our client is committed in technology investment and they are now looking for a IT Service Delivery Manager/ ITSM Manager to join their team.


about the job

Reporting directly to the Regional IT Director, your responsibility includes:

  • Ensuring smooth delivery of IT services, ensuring that internal SLA has been met. This includes managing IT Incident, Problem, and change management processes
  • Managing external vendors (Infrastructure & ERP), ensuring external SLA has been met
  • Partnering with the senior leadership team from various business units (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and etc) to communicate capability roadmaps and delivery strategy for business technology and solutions. This includes driving IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technologies technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation to increase revenue and productivity for internal business stakeholders and external customers.
  • Working with cross-functional teams and vendors to analyze requirements, identify solutions, plan/lead enhancement and implement resolution
  • Ensuring the business growth plan is supported by latest technologies and subjected to security compliance/governance. This includes managing budget/resources, ensuring that appropriate resources are assigned to key project initiatives.

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in IT Service Delivery Management. Exposure to infrastructure (networks, systems and helpdesk) is required for this role. You should have at least 3 years of experience in managing a team. Proven track record of engaging with C-level/senior stakeholders is required for this role.

Candidates with professional certification such as ITIL or equivalent will be of added advantage.
