As an IT Services Support Lead, you will provide excellent VIP end user support.

You will be required to:

  • Lead global network infrastructure
  • Deploy, support, troubleshoot infrastructure servicees
  • Support desktop, laptop, iPhones, iPad, VOIP
  • Documentation and vendor management
  • Manage storage, antivirus software.

This is a permanent position with attractive remuneration package.




skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Diploma/Degree in related discipline
  • Prior experience in a financial institution is beneficial
  • Confident working independently and providing first-class VIP support.
  • Well Spoken and Polished
  • Technical requirements:
    • Sophos Firewall / VPN, Dell / Cisco IronPort, Symantec Antivirus
    • Microsoft Exchange Server 2013, 2016, Microsoft Hyper-V
    • DNS, Certificates
    • Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2 and 2016
    • Microsoft Office 2013, 2016
    • Microsoft Azure, IIS, SQL Server 2014 and 2016
