Our client is a prestigious company with a stable and huge presence in the Financial Sector.

They are looking for an ambitious IT Support Engineer to be a part of their talented team.

There is a chance for conversion to permanent hire and renewal.



about the job

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be required to:

  • Assist with the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, support ongoing usability of computers, telephony, printers, corporate mobile
  • Assist in ICT peripheral equipment preparation for all meetings.
  • Coordinating and conducting user acceptance testing (UATs) and user training sessions
  • Prepare and maintain the records of incident, software licences and other asset inventory.
  • Ensure availability of ICT Infrastructure services to authorized users, active directory, print server, mail server, door access system and windows servers.

This is a permanent role with regular working hours.



skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Diploma in IT or related discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in relevant experience
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus
  • Experience on Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OSX, essential applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Prior work experience in supporting Wi-Fi, Avaya telephony, secure/follow me printing solutions, mobile devices, Polycom/Cisco/Skype/WebEx
  • Basic administration knowledge of systems and servers, phone systems, wireless infrastructure related to network
  • Excellent communication skills and presentable
