Reporting to the IT Manager, your role involves:
- Ensuring the delivery of IT help desk services that meet the needs and expectations of the business, while adhering to SLA standards regarding response and resolution time.
- Deploy and configure hardware and software applications.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Monitor and uphold the smooth operation of IT systems.
- Execute system backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
- Assist with VOIP, conferencing, and mobile service requests.
- Manage IT assets and inventories.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all IT infrastructure setups, software licenses, and any software modifications.
- Develop and conduct IT user training for systems within the purview of the IT Department.
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in IT Support.
Candidates with proven track record in Windows servers / system or network routers or switches will be of added advantage.
