We are looking for a passionate IT Specialist to be a part of their local team supporting the end users.

about the job

In this role, you will be required to:

1) Application Support

2) Help Desk operations

3) Device management

4) Cloud Microsoft tenancy/software support/management.

  • Experience in providing ICT end user support through telephone, remote desktop and face-to-face,
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Support the roll-out of new applications, Test and evaluate new technology
  • Respond to incidents and requests tickets raised within the service desk within SLA
  • Microsoft Office 365 subscription administration
  • Active Directory Administration (User/Group creation and password resets)
  • Microsoft Azure administration
  • Proactive maintenance of monitoring systems and solutions
  • Vendor management

This is a permanent position and you will be required to work independently.

skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Min 5 years of experience in end user IT Support (Corporate MNC)
  • Strong experience supporting mainly Microsoft stack; Active Directory; Cloud, Office 365 administration
  • Configure share point, Cloud Subscriptions and technologies
  • Strong in stakeholder management, confident dealing with C-suites and Executives
  • Polished and presentable with solid communication skills
  • Experience in Azure is a plus
