about the company

Our client is a prestigious Private Bank.

They are seeking an ambitious and polished IT Specialist to join their internal team.

This is a permanent position.



about the job

As an IT Specialist, you will be required to provide end-user support in the Local and Regional office.

This role includes Logistics operations which will be part of your job scope.

  • Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to the end-users, VVIP support
  • Setting up of PCs, laptop, mobile device management, telephony systems and VC tools
  • Involvement in IT projects
  • Manage the telecommunication systems, mobile recording systems infrastructure & administration and collaborate with local vendor
  • Involved in physical security infrastructure and administration
  • To provide facilities and equipment support and maintenance (lighting, air-conditioning, electricity, repair & maintenance) with external vendor or building management

This is a permanent position with the bank with an amazing remuneration package.



skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Min 3 years relevant experience in end-user IT support
  • Solid background in infrastructure support - hands on experience in technical support and resolving technical issues
  • Bonus if you’ve had experience in facilities/logistics management, willing to learn.
  • Background in Financial Institution/Bank is a must
  • Polished, presentable and strong in communication skills
