This includes project management for infrastructure enhancement and providing end-user support services. about the jobProvide daily support to the IT and logistics team relating to infrastructure related incidents, service calls, requests, queries, feedback or complaints. Conduct daily health checks on the local infrastructure and coordinate with the group on the identified events or incidents.Continuously determine ways to improve operations, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly with various teams to provide quality service. Ensure project implementations and operations are aligned to the Group technology standards and policies.Data Centre management on IT infrastructure (Server, VM infrastructure, Networks, Appliances, etc) and facility (lighting, cooling, UPS, FM200 etc) in production and disaster recovery DC, and in network and server rooms.Provide physical security infrastructure and administration support, in collaboration with local security vendor and building management.Manage the IT DR and BCP exercise to ensure the operational readiness of the organization’s disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities in the event of a major disaster.Provide, as a team, standby phone support service for IT & Logistics activities/incidents that occurred after office hours.Provide timely, efficient and professional quality technical support services to the end users.Provide support for the "workplace" environment in a broad sense (PCs, virtual machines, laptops, phones, recording, mobile solutions, printers, Windows OS, Office suite, etc.)Verify invoices relating to IT services and provide procurement support in term of sourcing for related vendors, evaluate their quotations and provide the recommendation.Support other related tasks and duties that may be assigned.skills and experience requiredMinimally Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.Minimally 5 years of working experience in a similar infrastructure / end-user support position, preferably in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
