About the job

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, your role involves:

• Provide support for Windows Servers in a VMware environment. This includes ensuring all servers is being properly backup according to the backup policy.
• Monitoring network bandwidth usage and perform checks on suspicious/malicious activity in company network and end-client computer promptly
• Implementing IT Security Standards related to infrastructure
• Managing external vendors, ensuring SLA is being adhered to

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure (end-user support) with exposure to IT System or networks.

Candidates with Regional exposure will be of added advantage.
