about the job

As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide IT support to end users in Singapore and regional offices. This includes providing 1st and 2nd line desk side support services.

You will be required to:

  • Responsible for L2 technology support including troubleshooting of Microsoft applications and client platform relation problems, including PC, Printers and Peripherals
  • Review/Audit Processes to ensure compliance to standard processes
  • Draft Process Documents to standardize operational processes in organization
  • Responsible for own IT tickets but also work together as a team to ensure IT tickets are closed on time in accordance with our SLAs and KPIs.
  • Participate/Lead in projects to improve processes and service delivery quality

skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Diploma or degree in IT or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in end user IT support
  • Dynamic, creative, flexibility and vibrant personality
  • Proficient with AD Administration, Microsoft Win10, Microsoft Office 365, Cisco/VOIP, IOS or Android phone and Helpdesk ticketing system
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networks and Ethernet technology to troubleshoot network connectivity issues for both wired and wireless network connections for the users
  • ITIL certification
