• Manage and execute IT support for the business units and users, providing direct effort and troubleshooting as needed, and assuring both resolution of user requests and client satisfaction.
• Assist the Head of Infrastructure in managing IT support and operations for a mixed platform environment that includes technology from Microsoft, Apple, AWS, and Google (among others).
• Run support and operations for network, cloud platforms, and business web sites.
• Monitor, maintain and manage all IT equipment ensuring they are well protected from security threats and are patched regularly.
• Maintain IT change management and inventory databases.
• Design and deliver evolving changes to these platforms and the network, in conjunction with the Head of Infrastructure.

skills and experience required

• At least 4 of experience in Information Technology supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting system platforms and components such as office IT, PCs and mobile devices, networks, and cloud management.
• Ability to work in a high stress and fast-paced environment.
• Be the single point of contact for our C-level leaders to address all IT support needs and respond to any issues raised.
• Willingness to take on new technologies quickly and ability to adapt to ever changing environment.
• Strong preference for experience with multiple IT platforms, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Apple iOS etc
