about the company

Our client is one of the most prestigious Real Estate Developer.

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to support the end users in their local office.

This is a Permanent role with regular working hours.


about the job

In this role, you will support the local office of <40 users. You will provide end-user support and off-site IT support. This role requires one to be strong in liaising with stakholders and technical troubleshooting skills.

  • To oversee and maintain all aspects of a company’s computer infrastructure.
  • Desktop imaging and provisioning
  • Provide helpdesk, desktop support and network assistance for end user computing devices (desktop, laptop , mobiles , tablets)
  • Perform general hardware and software maintenance on computers and servers
  • Monitor the computer environment to ensure it adheres to the company policies
  • Assist with daily reviews of assigned backups and timely reporting of findings.
  • To maintain networks, servers and assess security programs and to install and manage systems.
  • To perform troubleshooting to address any problems with computer systems.
  • To monitor the use of email, create and change passwords, make suggestions for improvements to computer systems, backup data and perform data recovery if needed.
  • Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.
  • Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.
You will assist with the daily IT operational support for a less than 40 users.


about the manager/team
You will report directly to the COO. You will work along side a Systems Engineer who will take care of the backend technologies.


skills and experience required

Requirements

  • Min 3-5 years of experience as IT Support Engineer
  • Experienced working in end-user support preferred
  • Provide helpdesk, desktop support and network assistance for end user computing devices (desktop, laptop)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills - one who is patient and has good time management
  • Professional network and other Computer Certifications are also preferred.
