    about the manager/team

    • Perform end-user technical support such as troubleshooting of network, wifi and printers
    • Timely response and troubleshooting technical issues promptly
    • Manning of IT helpdesk during office hours
    • Conduct monthly maintenance of servers, including patching and checking backups
    • Troubleshoot server issues by restoring all servers from backups
    • Perform simple server configuration changes
    • Provide end-user process workflows
    • Liaise with hardware and software vendors for all warranty and break-fix requests
    • Ad-hoc technical change requests.
    • 2 year contract, convertible to permanent


    skills and experience required

    • Diploma or Nitec in information technology or equivalent
    • Experience in end users computing such as laptop and desktop support
    • Experience in server and network troubleshooting, maintenance and support
    • Capability to manage IT support requests within a short period of time
    • Works well under pressure and deliver all IT support requests on time
    • Willing to work in the East, Singapore
