    Our Client is a US MNC company with well-established presence and global footprint across 190 countries. With rapid expansion plans, they are currently looking for a new regional IT Support Specialist/IT Executive/IT Engineer (direct 1-year contract) to join their team.

    About the job

    Reporting directly to the IT Manager, your responsibility involves:

    • Provide IT operational support regionally
    • Responsible for the administration and support of desktops and laptops including fixing, setup and troubleshooting
    • Provide employee telecommunication support (Desk Phones/Mobile devices)
    • Administer and maintain site IT equipment inventory and leasing records
    • Manage hardware IT vendor relations
    • Create/maintain IT related SOP’s

    Skills and experience required

    As a successful applicant, you will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support and have strong communication skills. Experience in Windows environment and knowledge in LAN, file and print server would be a good advantage.
