    Our Client is a well-established company within their industry with more than 10 years of presence in the market and strong footprint across Southeast Asia region. With rapid expansion plans, they are currently looking for Senior IT Support Specialist/Service Desk Analyst (VIP support, end-user environment) to join their team.

    About the job

    Reporting directly to the IT Manager, your responsibility involves:

    • To provide all aspects of application and hardware support.
    • Responsible for administration and management on systems and application servers to ensure the availability of all business services.
    • Reporting and documentation on systems and infrastructure under management.
    • Undertaking projects relating to the software and hardware infrastructure.
    • Reporting of major issues to UK IT department, and working with them to resolve such issues.
    • To provide training on the IT systems and procedures to new personnel joining the office.

    Skills and experience required

    As a successful applicant, you will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support and have strong communication skills. Regional exposure is highly preferred.

    Experience in Windows server, VMWare, Office 365 and Microsoft teams would be a good advantage.
