As a premium Fortune 500 company, our client is looking for a competent IT Support Executive to join their team.



about the job

As an IT Support Executive, you will provide IT support to end users in Singapore and regional offices. This includes providing 1st and 2nd line desk side support services on all supported technologies including PC and Mac hardware, running Windows 7.

You will be required to:

  • Setup, configuration and problem solving for desktop users
  • Provide remote support for users, to diagnose VPN problems
  • Administration and maintenance of user accounts on mail and file servers (Windows 2003 server and Exchange Server), creation / deletion of accounts, password resets
  • Assist in setting up Video Conference & Telepresence calls, day-to-day checks on AC& VC systems

skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Diploma or degree in IT or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in end user IT support
  • Good knowledge and skills on Microsoft OS, Ms Office Productivity, Telephony, Windows XP, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills and passionate about media/technology trends
