about the job
- Deploy and support office laptop and desktop PCs, telephony system
- Provide support for Office and DC infrastructure
- Provide user’s application support like Bloomberg, accounting system, and etc
- Provide support for office or DC annual power maintenance
- Manage and document the office hardware and software inventory
- Working closely with Hong Kong office IT dept. on IT-related matters
- Able to provide internal staff training & BCP training
- Weekend and Singapore holiday support for system-related events as required
- IT administration of user accounts for each system
skills and experience required
At least 3 years and above IT desktop support and administration experience. Strong IT troubleshooting skills is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
